My Belgian Malinois ate the 26/16 since he was a puppy. He recently transitioned to 30/25. He gets a cup and a quarter in the morning and evening. He’s extremely active with several miles of walking, 30+ minutes of fetch and sprinting, and a lot of training. This food gives him sustained energy and he doesn’t throw up from being hungry. He recently went to the vet and got an A+++ checkup for body composition, ears, eyes, heart, lungs, etc. One of the better perks is you feed less so not only does the foot last longer but there’s less waste to clean up. I recommend this food to everyone.

Finally…FINALLY!!! After a year of fighting with my dog about food, this one is a winner! My Corso is 1yr/3m old and I have been battling with him over food since I brought him home. I have tried everything. From cheaper foods, to prescription diets, to high end, to limited ingredient. He either continued to have diarrhea or he would practically starve himself because he just hated every kibble. He couldn’t gain any weight even though his hip bones were sticking out and his spine was out. I know a lot of Corso people feed this food to their dogs so I figured, oh what’s one more food to try. Doubt it will make a difference. Well…he has finally started to gain healthy weight!!

I will always recommend Inukshuk. I switched my dogs to this, and they have never looked better. One of my dogs was having issues with keeping weight on, and had a dull brittle coat, and was even losing hair on the food before. We have tried so many different dog food over the year and truly have found the one! I gave up hope on finding the perfect food for my pack. Then this food came into our lives. Everyone’s coat is so shiny and healthy. Poops are perfect which I didn’t even think was a thing. We have picky poodles and they eat all their food without having to add toppers. Weights are perfect from our fixed dogs to our naturally thin poodles. There is a rumor that poodles do bad on chicken but have had no reaction to this food unlike some other company chicken formulas.

My dogs were on Purina Pro Plan Sport before switching and although I had no issues with that food, I hated using it for training because it was greasy and odd shaped. I switch to this food and the difference in my dogs coat, stools, energy and muscle is amazing! Also the food isn't super greasy, works in my treat and train great! Even my picky eater loves this food. I also like that I can feed less then other brands which makes it easy to travel with because I don't have to bring as much with me!

Really helped put on weight!

I started feeding this as a supplement after a visit to the vet. One of my dogs needed to put on some weight. I've been feeding this as a supplement and have noticed great results.

My German Shepard two year old was slender and the vet suggested five more pounds would benefit him, my son recommended this food as his GS needed weight as well. My dog has been on it a month and I believe he had already put on weight and is tolerating it well

So I picked up a couple of samples of this at a local feed store. My boxer loves it. I mixed some with his regular brand and you can see in the pic he picked out and discarded his regular food. I will start feeding this to him the only thing is he is used to grain free so as long as that is not an issue for him I am going to give this a try.

This is the best dog food brand I have ever come across. It has increased the quality of each of my dogs coats. It’s the only brand I have found that actually fills my dog up without having to feed them a significant amount. Their health is overall better with this food.

It’s been good. First time my dog has been on it. I have to switch dogs food for my dog because he has mild case of allergies.

It has been a little over 3 months since I switched my furry rocket to this food after it was suggested by a retired K9 officer. My dog’s coat has improved, he’s energy level is high (per usual), and most importantly (for me) is that my dog has gained good weight. He is a tall pup but only managed to stay at about 62 lbs. Since the inception of Inukshuk he has gradually gained weight and currently stands at 69.4 lbs and looks better than ever. I will without a doubt continue to buy this for him.

I just switched over a month ago and my dogs clean their bowls, keep on good weight and no gas or gastric issues with the food change. My dogs do well on performance food as they are active sporting dogs so this food has been a nice and easy switch for us.

This is the only food that would keep weight on my Belgian Malinois while we were actively training in Ring sport. We don't train any more and he's gotten older and pickie about his food, so we recently switched to a lower calorie food he is more excited about eating.. But, if you have a high energy working breed that burns calories like crazy I would highly recommend this food!

I have the German Shepherd who I could not put weight on he has an extremely sensitive stomach I even took him to the vet for 6 weeks giving him B12 shots to increase his appetite which did not work then I found this dog food and couldn't be happier he has put on weight and he has kept it on his coat is beautiful and he has no stomach issues whatsoever. I feed this to my borzoi who has trouble keeping weight on. I have seen an improvement in weight gain and his energy level. Despite being a picky eater he really likes this food.

I have a Mali that I got when he was skinny as a rail. He was eating 8-10 cups of a good quality food a day and could not hold the weight. He is active, some would say hyperactive, so I tried the Inukshuk 30/25. He has not only filled out, his coat is gorgeous and he only eats 2-3 cups per day! If you have a super active dog or a dog that you are having problems keeping weight on, give this a try. The only thing I must say is that I have created a monster! He will not eat anything else now so he has made his choice and I think it's a good one. He also thinks the boxes are pretty tasty too!

I was feeding another good food for my GSD, but he was pooping 5-8 times a day and sometimes the poop wasn't solid upon delivery plus he had to go way to often (and I wasn't over feeding him either...)! A noted GSD breeder/handler-Schutzhund competitor (back East) (I live in Colorado) who used to use Purina Pro Plan recommended this particular food....I was skeptical at first...but ordered it thru Chewy and it arrived very fast, I slowly introduced it to my GSD...who wolfs it down and is NOT pooping himself to death anymore either...!!!! I absolutely love this food and am so thankful that I found it on Chewy. I had been having so much trouble getting, and keeping, weight on a rescue 3.5 year old rescue Malinois and this food has out decent weight on him! He no longer looks like a bag of bones and his fur is so soft now, too! Would recommend to anyone needing help keeping weight on their sport dog or just needing a good food for very active dogs! :)

In the summer time it’s hard to keep weight on my bc/lab mix. Other high calorie foods we’ve tried have resulted in runny poops. This food was the best of both worlds. Packed on weight fast and nice solid poops. I bought 3 bags in a row. That NEVER happens because I’m always switching foods that don’t live up to my expectations. I had to switch him to something else because it did it’s job too well and he started leaning towards the pet weight side (sport dog person here) even with cut backs. Once we get more active I’ll probably switch him back.

Ive been eye balling this feed ever since Chewy added it to their store. The price was the main reason why I didn’t buy it. But, I bought a two months supply and had three dogs on it. One malinois female, one malinois x Dutch Shepherd male, and one border collie. Most Mals and mal mixes are hard to keep weight on. I had been using the 25/16. My dog wasn't all that fond of it. Switched to tbe 26/30. He eats it well, his coat is shiny and looks great. The dog performs well on it has great energy and easy to keep his weight on with this food.

Saw this brand being used to feed the sled dogs in the Denali national park for very active dogs so decided to try it I have a 3 year old German shepard that I run a minimum of 3 miles every day doing man tracking. I have two Drahthaar’s that are very active. I have found this food to give them the energy to hunt longer and harder than any other food I have tried in the past. I have also found that I am feeding 1 cup less per day to each of them and they have kept their weight on with no problem. One of them in particular has had a problem with this in the past and no other food I have found has worked until now. The food is dark in color and very dense. Great energy, great looking coats, firm stools, feeding less and they can’t wait to eat it... I could be happier with a food!

The best kibble I've tried, and that's no small list. All my dogs do excellent on it, even the one with IBD who is very choosy with food. I haven't found a single thing I dislike about it. Dogs eat it without issue, they do not smell, poop is firm and small, and they have great muscle tone and coats. I have very active hunting dogs who spend most of their time outdoors and I feed this year round with no loss of condition regardless of activity or temperature. So glad that Chewy has decided to carry this, it is very difficult to find at a decent price.
